We've always been drawn to stills and films from the 1930s and '40s. The haircuts were done largely with a razor and the finishes were mainly oil-based. So as we developed our own Razorcraft, we designed Brilliantine, our first product and texture tool to make the cuts come to life. A blend of oils suspended in a creme base (an improvement on the pure-oil originals) gives excellent separation, extra sheen and reinforces the texture of a good razor cut.
Brilliantine's label, which touts "a languid, sexy, slept-in look," put it on the map long before today's trendy bed-this and head-that. |
