About Frank

Frank Paganis
Frank Paganis has literally been involved in hair salons all of his life, as he began learning hair care and styling in his parents' salon at a very young age. Trained in the Sassoon cutting techniques, Frank has won cut and style competitions, worked as a platform artist for a major beauty product company, and traveled internationally teaching hair cutting and coloring.

Frank is a Board Certified Master Hair Colorist, one of a select few from the US, and specializes in hair coloring, color corrections, and styling.

Today, Frank owns and operates Pagani Hair Salon in Oak Park, IL as well as Hair Knowledge Plus, an advanced education company that teaches techniques to licensed hair stylists throughout Illinois.
