About Lindsey

Lindsey Lane is the Vice President of Operations at Pagani.  For as long as she can remember, she has been in the business of serving the public. Her immense passion for the beauty industry motivated her to secure a position that would satisfy her need to continue to work with the public while allowing her to be part of a workforce that is fun and dynamic.  As luck would have it, Lindsey happily stumbled upon Pagani and soon discovered that Frank was actively searching for a salon manger.  Lindsey quickly proved to Frank that she was capable of tackling the task of managing his staff while maintaining the stellar level of customer service that is needed and wanted by all customers of Pagani.

The customers are the heart and soul of every business and their satisfaction is first and foremost on her list.  During her employment with Pagani, Lindsey was able to complete her Bachelor’s degree in business management from Colorado Technical University.  Since completing her degree she has been able to create a new and successful front desk operation that makes each and every client feel their best from the moment they walk through the Pagani door.  Now that all procedures and operations are fully functioning at Pagani in Oak Park, Frank has decided to move this same structure and model to Riverside and Lindsey will remain a vital part of the business model by accepting the offer to become the Vice President of Operations.  Lindsey will be working in both Oak Park and Riverside to ensure that both locations will meet and exceed the expectations of every customer.
