About Bill

Bill Paganis started in the beauty industry at the age of 14. Bill was living in Greece and was encouraged by his father to try Beauty School. Bill agreed and completed the training needed to become a beautician.  After Bill graduated from beauty school, his older brother demanded that Bill’s father send Bill back to America for greater opportunity.  Upon returning, Bill’s brother asked if he was ready to start working.  Bill felt it was in his best interest to go back to school here in America.  His brother urged him to do so, since “you can never have too much education”.  Upon completing beauty school for a second time, Bill worked at Avon Salon on Rush Street in Chicago.  After 2 years, he ventured to LaGrange to work for Mr. Vans Beauty Salon in LaGrange.  Bill went on to do a production called 'Planet Hair”em that featured 11 of his artistic designs. This was the same year that he ventured to open his own salon which was respected in the western suburbs for 30 years.   Education is also very important to Bill.  Teaching has become one of his true passions.  His list of credentials includes teaching techniques in cutting and coloring for Pivot Point International, Goldwell Hair Cosmetics, Educations in Hair, Cosmetologists Chicago, Keune and Chromastics Hair Color.   Now, Bill has the joy of just working behind the chair in his son's salon, enjoying his craft and is able to give you his 100% undivided attention!  Come in to see this master stylist for a truly unique experience.
