About Allison

Allison Kafka is a graduate of the Aveda Institute in Chicago.  She received a presidential scholarship through Cosmetology Chicago for three consecutive years.  With the first award, she attended the Vidal Sassoon academy in San Fransisco.  The second year gave her the opportunity to receive certification for the application of Great Lengths human hair extensions.  For the third year of winning the award,  Allison attended Beth Minardi’s Color America.  It is important to Allison that she stay active in the industry by  attending major hair shows locally, as well as in New York, California and Florida.  Over the last eleven years, she has made it a point to attend our city’s largest hair show, the Midwest Beauty Show.  This has also helped  Allison to stay current with the ever changing techniques used to cut and color.  She is versed in hair color, cuts, hair extensions, makeup application and waxing.  Having an immense passion for her career has enabled her to enjoy all different avenues that this industry had led her to.
