About Alisa

Alisa Paganis is no stranger to style and client appreciation. She started by helping at her father’s salon at the early age of 10 by sweeping hair and serving coffee to the clients.  Alisa’s mother, Kathy, introduced her to the art of nails when she was 14. After many years of working with a very large clientele, Alisa discovered that her creativity was headed in another direction.  At the age of 26, Alisa went to Pivot Point International to unleash her new found passion for the art of hair design. This made her the 3rd member of her immediate family to be a hairstylist.  Alisa is an extension specialist and loves to “dress” hair.  Even if that translates into creating customized human hair flowers, or adding a set of chop-sticks to finish the look. Alisa takes pride in accommodating her client's hair needs.  In addition to working in the salon, Alisa has worked with models and song artists for high end fashion shows and photo shoots.

Continuing education is very important to Alisa.  She is proud to have advanced training  from Vidal Sassoon and has trained personally with Yosh Toya , an industry leader in San Fransisco.  Alisa has performed on stage teaching her craft to other professional stylists throughout Illinois and continues to take advanced training classes so she can stay at the top of her field.
